Took a long time for them to come in but they look great on my fur babies !

The service was excellent. The post office here lost the order and after letting them know, they sent a replacement right away. I love the little dog tag. It's just as cute as I had hoped!

When I didn't receive the original order I contacted the company and Anna was right on it finding out what I wanted done and followed everything through and updated me with every step that was being done to rectify the situation. Love the product and customizable options. Delivery - unfortunately much longer than 7 to 9 days. Took 20 days so arrived after the event. Would love more non-dog options as I am using them for music students.
